- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Visit holster-shoes.com and navigate to the Returns Center.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
International Returns:
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are non-refundable.
